The three-body square white gold case with polished bezel with 8 pins, octagonal cabochon sapphire-set winding crown and long welded lugs is surprisingly well preserved with deep engravings on the back. The dial in all its delicacy is beautiful with the classic painted radial Roman numerals, concentric minute track, secret Cartier signature on the VII and blued steel epée hands.
