In fact, this Vacheron Constantin Quantieme Perpetual Calendar watch has been fully made in a unique piece in platinum, it has been retained in close to new condition with a very rare basket weave platinum bracelet and diamonds set applied on the bezel. Its automatic caliber powers the day, date, month indication of the perpetual calendar and moon phase. The thin and circular stepped case in white gold with a snap on the back is definitely elegant and became even more attractive with the addiction of the special pave diamond set dial with the subsidiary dials for the months, leap year, day and date, aperture for the moon phases. To further embellish the dial Vacheron applied round sapphire glass and to complete it, giving life to this gem of horological design is Vacheron Constantin’s extra slim caliber 1120 that makes it a unique configuration for this model.
