For decades, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust has always been the modern archetype of the classic men’s wristwatch. The present example of Rolex Datejust is a reference 16 013 which means that it has been manufactured in stainless steel and yellow gold. The three-piece case with screw down back and gold crown has an 18k yellow-gold reeded bezel and a crystal with cyclops lens. The watch is fitted with a jubilee bracelet in steel with inner links in gold. The white dial has applied gold baton indexes, outer minutes/seconds divisions and date aperture, it is incredibly fresh-looking and well preserved. Additionally, the dial features an unusual logo at 6 o’clock: the “Lacerte” Company Logo. Founded in Dallas, USA in 1978, the Lacerte Software Corporation has been focused on tax and accounting software. The Lacerte Company, in 1998, was acquired and now operates as an Intuit subsidiary. The software is generally used by larger firms with more complex workflows and clients.
