The present prototype Archiwatch pays tribute to one of the most legendary timepieces ever created: the Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 96. Sleek, elegant, and timeless, the reference 96 was first introduced in 1932 and is often regarded as one of the most elegantly minimalist watch designs ever conceived. Embodying the Bauhaus philosophy with clean, functional aesthetics, the present prototype of reference 2525-1 showcases all the key elements found in desirable vintage stainless steel watches. What truly sets this timepiece apart, however, is its 'Stella-like' orange-red dial, which adds a refreshing modern touch to a classic design. The case is further paired with a Japanese five-row expandable riveted stainless steel bracelet, enhancing its vintage-inspired character. Preserved in virtually unworn condition, the present prototype Archiwatch reference 2525-1 is further accompanied by its original certificate and accessories.
