The lot here offered is a perfectly preserved example of a Longines monopusher: equipped with the caliber 13.33, the case has been realized in the unusual material such is silver and has been conserved in excellent condition. The back is hinged and so are the thin and labored lugs. The crown works as the only component to start, sop and reset the chronograph. The complex dial is in enamel, one of the most enduring materials for a quadrant. Master this technique is complex but the result is incredible since the colors remain vivid for many years. The white background is untouched and the black, blue and red multi-scale are perfectly visible and intense. Accompanied by the Longines Extract from the Archives confirming case, movement, production and subsequent sale on 8 April 1916 to the company Ostersetzer, which was at that time our agent for Italy.
