Collectors consider the 1970s as Piaget’s era of superb creativity and unbounded designs. At the beginning of that decade introduced the Beta 21 movement of which Piaget was one of the proponents. The result was a massive watch realized various materials and versions, one of them is the present rectangular rounded reference 15 101. It is in full 18k yellow gold and the massive triple stepped case has this shape to house the large rectangular movement. The dial has a particular aubergine color with applied gold baton indexes and date at 3 o’clock while at 6 is presenting the personalization for Van Cleef & Arpels. The whole watch is preserved in a very nice and appealing conditions.
