The lot here offered is a specimen of reference 1575, which was introduced in the early 1990s and is one of the variations inspired from the first Santos. The two body, solid square case in platinum is finely preserved, with back fixed with 4 screws on the band, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown. The beautiful guilloche dial features the Cartier secret signature at 7 o'clock and painted radial Roman numerals and outer minute track.
