Bid at auction or acquire directly through FOCUS Private Sales: two ways to add an exceptional timepiece to your collection.

Register to Bid

Every bidder is verified and approved by our team. Once approved, you can join later auctions without starting over: you only accept each sale’s terms.

  1. Create your account

    Log in with your email and the verification code we send you. Accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, choose a private or company account, and complete your profile.

  2. Request to bid

    On the auction page, select “Request to Bid”, or “Join the Auction” if your account is already approved.

  3. Upload your documents

    Add the requested documents in the Documents section of your account. Each file is saved as soon as it is uploaded.

  4. Get approved and accept the terms

    Follow your request in the Auction Requests section of your account. Once it is approved, accept the auction’s Terms & Conditions and you are ready to bid.

We recommend submitting all required documents at least 3 business days before the start of the auction you wish to participate in. Later requests may still be considered, but we cannot guarantee that verification and approval will be completed in time for you to bid.

Ways to Bid

Absentee Bid

Before the sale, select “Absentee Bid” on a lot and set your maximum. Our auctioneer bids for you, only as far as needed to win.

You can lower or cancel your bid until the deadline shown on the lot; after that it is binding. Bids exclude sale fees and applicable VAT.

Live Online

When the sale starts, select “Watch & Bid Live” on the auction page to follow it and bid in real time, from your computer or phone.

By Telephone

A member of our team calls you during the sale and bids on your behalf. Send us the completed registration form in advance.

In Person

Join us in the saleroom. Register in advance: requests made on site are still subject to verification and may not be approved in time.

Follow your bids and their results at any time in the Bidding Activity section of your account.
