The Rolex Yacht-Master II is a Regatta time watch made by Rolex and the present lot is an almost untouched specimen of reference 116 680. This very reference was the first one fitted with a Cerachrom bezel insert in blue ceramic. This watch has the gorgeous combination of stainless steel and pink-gold materials making it extremely wearable and fashionable. A regatta timer is used by the skipper of a yacht to determine when their vessel can cross the starting line. With a strong nautical feel, the present watch stands out because of its very beautiful conditions of its massive 44 mm case with screw back and pink-gold pushers and crown. The bright blue bezel with red countdown hand and large white dial and applied square indexes is definitely elegant, further enhanced by the attractive two-tone steel and pink-gold bracelet.
