The present lady watch is a wonderful creation of Patek Philippe reflecting the elegance of the 70s, period in which this watch was manufactured. It is a very fine and elegant rectangular specimen, reference 3578/1, in total 18k white gold. The two-body polished and brushed case is chic and very well preserved with lapis-lazuli bezel inserts, snap on back and cabochon-set winding crown. It is embellished by a 18K white-gold Patek Philippe woven bracelet. The cream dial is with applied blackened white-gold baton indexes and shows no signs of damage. It is powered by a manual caliber 177. With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in white-gold with two lapis lazuli, Opaline silvered dial in 1976 and its subsequent sale on 13 January 1978.
