1965 was the year Patek Philippe decided to launch its reference 3520 which was advertised, at that time, as the flattest waterproof watch in the world. The two body case is in fully 18k yellow gold with the unmistakable stepped hobnail bezel, straight lugs and a screw-down case back, all preserved in nice conditions. This very specimen is part of the second series of production since it houses the caliber 177 movement. The porcelain white dial shows painted radial Roman numbers and black oxidized gold baton hands. Embodying the classic Patek Philippe style, this 3520D is the perfect dress watch for elegant occasions or even everyday situations. Accompanied by its Certificate of Origin confirming the case material, caliber and the sale in March 1995.
