1965 was the year Patek Philippe decided to launch its reference 3520, the “Clou de Paris” Calatrava, which was advertised, at that time, as the flattest waterproof watch in the world. The well-preserved bracelet with a special pattern is integrated to the perfectly round two body case, in fully 18k yellow gold with the unmistakable stepped hobnail bezel and a screw-down case back, all preserved in nice conditions. This very specimen is part of the second series of production since it houses the caliber 177 movement. The porcelain white dial shows painted radial Roman numbers and black oxidized gold baton hands. Embodying the classic Patek Philippe style, this 3520 is the perfect dress watch for elegant occasions or even everyday situations.
