Introduced in the late 1950s as the successor to the earliest Day-Date models, the 1803 refined the formula: gold or platinum, fluted bezel, President bracelet and the instantaneous display of both day and date in full, a technical and aesthetic statement that became synonymous with power and accomplishment.
