Designed by Gérald Genta in 1976, the Nautilus has become one of the most iconic models in the world of wristwatches thanks to its innovative sport-luxury design, and it remains among the most appreciated creations of Patek Philippe. The present reference 7118/1A-010, distinguished by its refined 35.2mm stainless steel case, was conceived with elegant proportions suited to the ladies’ segment while preserving the unmistakable Nautilus identity. The rounded octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet architecture define the model’s aesthetic, while the alternating satin-brushed and polished finishes emphasize the sculptural geometry of the case and bracelet, creating a sophisticated interplay of light. The white opaline dial with horizontal embossed pattern features applied luminous hour markers, baton hands, central seconds, and a date aperture at 3 o’clock, ensuring both elegance and excellent legibility.Powering the watch is the self-winding calibre 324 SC, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback and finished to the exacting standards of the Patek Philippe Seal, including Geneva striping, perlage, and a 21-carat gold oscillating weight. The watch is accompanied by its full set of accessories, confirming its sale in 2020 and is preserved in excellent overall condition.
