Designed as a flower composed by five leaves, each set on the perimeter with blue calibrated sapphires and decorated with diamonds. Each one set with five different cabochons, one blue sapphire, one yellow citrine, one turquoise, one emerald and one amethyst. Signed Bulgari, circa 1970. Length: 7 cm Larg: 6.7 cm Weight: 37,6g
