The present Casablanca perpetual calendar reference 5850 QP 24 showcases Franck Muller’s innovative approach to watchmaking. The large yet comfortable two curved body case with concave lugs was crafted from a solid block of platinum, conferring the watch with a luxurious heft and robust feel. The dial bears the expected information for a traditional perpetual calendar layout subsidiary dials for the days, week, months and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases and blued steel spade hands. The oversized black Arabic numbers indeed make great use of the unique dial shape, further-enhancing the overall legibility. The automatic movement, furthermore, makes this watch a daily usable and easy-to-set perpetual calendar. Dated from 1998, the watch is offered with its original certificate, and additional links.
