The yellow-gold thin case with a snap-on back of the present Omega has a style that, in some ways, recalls the iconic “Calatrava” made famous by Patek Philippe and also used by many other brands. However, there are differences, starting with the shape of the lugs on this example, which are less concave compared to the Calatrava. Manufactured in yellow gold, this watch has been very nicely preserved, with hallmark present on the back of the lug. The white dial is very charming in its simplicity, featuring applied drop-shaped and Arabic indexes, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and dauphine hands. All these characteristics together create an exciting wristwatch.
