Make It Yours

The Patek Philippe Calatrava has become one of the most important symbols of classical watchmaking history thanks to its simple yet elegant and sophisticated design. Among the many references produced by Patek Philippe throughout the years, the iconic Patek Philippe Reference 570 remains one of the most celebrated.

Introduced in 1938 as the oversized successor to the legendary Ref. 96, the reference 570 featured a 35.5 mm case, remarkably large for its time, giving the watch a bold and surprisingly contemporary appearance that still feels modern today. Remaining in production until 1972, the model was manufactured in numerous configurations, including different metals, dial variations, and movement layouts. Over the years, the reference was fitted with several calibres, resulting in examples featuring either subsidiary seconds at six o’clock or center seconds configurations.

The present watch is a beautiful example of this legendary reference, preserved in an elegant white gold case and fitted with a particularly clean and refined center seconds dial. Over time, the watch has developed a warm patina, accompanied by light oxidation around the hour markers and hands, adding further character and vintage charm to the piece.

The case remains preserved in exceptional condition, retaining crisp proportions and clearly visible hallmarks.
