Simple and essential design but absolutely timeless and extremely elegant. This could be the perfect definition for this Tank Cintrèe. An icon of good taste, it was launched in 1921 and it is arguably the most elegant Cartier Tank watch ever made. Preserved in exceptional original conditions, the example here offered is a very charming yellow gold specimen with the immediately recognizable dial lay out with big, black, Roman numerals. Over the past 100 years, the Cintrée has seen endless variations, but production has always been limited to very small numbers and yet, only vintage specimens like this can exude an immortal charm and taste.
