Among its innovative styles, the Tonneau case has been explored in many ways and versions during its over 110 years of history and one of the most appreciated and rare is the present Dual-Time lot, produced at the beginning of the 21st century. This lot has been manufactured in 18k yellow gold with gold screwed bars, cabochon sapphire – set winding crowns and domed sapphire crystal and is sumptuous for proportion and quality. It contains two movements, each linked to a separate face on the dial and set by a separate crown. The silver dial with guilloché decoration is perfectly divided into two by two separated time displays with Roman numerals and very attractive blued steel moon-style hands. Perfectly elegant on the wrist, this watch is sold with the original pink gold Cartier buckle.
