The Day-date 18 078 offered here impresses for its conditions which have remained unchanged over time: the dial shows its mint conditions, with a highly unusual champagne dial, baton numerals and hands and centered seconds. Moreover the prestigious Tiffany & Co. signature located slightly below the hands, absolutely difficult to find and able to add charm and virtuosity to every watch. The classic tonneau case realized in yellow gold has withstood the passage of time in a remarkable manner and are kept in excellent condition with crisp hallmark on the underside of the upper right lug, and it is completed by the particularities of this reference, the bark textured bezel.
