The Royal Oak is undoubtedly the most iconic watch ever produced by Audemars Piguet, and is the result of the studies and projects of the great watchmaker Gerald Genta, also designer of the Patek Philippe Nautilus and of the Cartier Pasha. This timepiece came and is still produced in various materials, complications and dimensions. The present example is a beautiful, automatic with a 18k pink-gold tonneau-shaped case in excellent condition with the original rubber bracelet. A sapphire crystal protects the splendid silver with tapisserie decoration with hands and stick indexes while a date window opens at 3 o’clock and attracts our attention. The watch is also accompanied by the Audemars Piguet Certificate of Origin and guarantee and the original tag.
