Exponent of the reference 3588/1, first series of 3588 launched in 1970 and in production until around the 1980, the present Patek Philippe is a very nice specimen of Chevron Gold of absolutely great quality. The three body case with "Clous-de-Paris" bezel and recessed winding crown is finely preserved with its solid integrated bracelet repeating the bezel decoration. The champagne dial has painted radial Roman numerals decoration and black oxidized gold baton hands. This very reference is powered by the LeCoultre based calibre 28-255, a first time for Patek, that at the time was considered to be one of the favourite ultra-thin self-winding movements in production. Furthermore, this watch is sold with its original box.
