The Day-Date reference 18038 is an interesting reference as it incorporates highly luxurious details, made in 18k yellow gold with a three-body solid tonneau case with screw back and reeded bezel is extremely well preserved and fresh with clear and deep hallmarks. Another interesting peculiarity is the original Rolex “President” bracelet. Moreover, the dial is full charm with a string layout with approximately 51 round brilliant diamonds for the minutes and ruby hour markers, English calendar disc for the day at 12 o’clock, date at 3 o’clock, “Rolex” and “Day-Date” in the middle, and yellow-gold baton hands. The movement is the automatic caliber 3055. A true pearl for any collector.
