Many are the features that make the present watch special: first of all, this specimen represents the first execution of the Rolex Daytona ever made in two-tone steel and yellow gold, since the manual winding Daytona only came in full stainless steel or yellow-gold configurations. Able to combine preciousness and sportiness together, it is nowadays one of the models that is gaining more popularity. The quality of the present 16 523 is stunning with perfectly well preserved crisp case and screw down pushers, such as the Oyster bracelet. The gold bezel is graduated to 400 units per hours and still presents the vivid black color of the printing. The glamorous champagne dial with black subsidiary dials for the chronograph and the applied yellow-gold baton numbers is mint and perfectly matches the steel-gold binomial. Here comes the second rarity of the watch: the incredibly precious and beautiful signature of the American-born retailer Tiffany & Co. Offered with the original warranty of the retailer with the serial numbers printed on it, this example is incredibly rare also considering the fact that two tones watch like this are gaining positions in the watch aficionados’ wish list and for this reason are now very requested.
