Absolutely one of the rarest and most precious Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetuals ever made by the company. Introduced in 1988 at the Basel Watch Fair as a Special Order Prototype. The first Royal Oak Perpetual to be fully decorated with Brilliant-cut Diamonds. Astonishing in its beauty and rarity. Confirmed from the manufacturer that only three examples were ever produced in Yellow gold. One of the three examples recently sold at Auction in May 2022.
