This very specimen with its thin circular case, small lugs, cabochon winding crown and the highly unusual but aesthetic bezel with engraved roman numerals made in yellow gold perfectly adorns someones wrist without catching too much the attention. The engine turned dial with small lines is capable to create a gorgeous decoration, with the total absence of any kind of indexes except for the Cartier signature at 12 o’clock and feuille blue steel hands.
